NO PURCHASE OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THE SWEEPSTAKES.   A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.  VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.  ENTRANTS MUST ABIDE THESE OFFICIAL SWEEPSTAKES RULES (“OFFICIAL RULES”) FULLY.  BY ENTERING THE INSP “ELKHORN BINGO WATCH 2 WIN” SWEEPSTAKES, EACH ENTRANT CONFIRMS HAVING READ THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND AGREES THAT S/HE UNDERSTANDS AND WILL COMPLY WITH THEM.  

SWEEPSTAKES DESCRIPTION

The INSP “Elkhorn Bingo Watch 2 Win” Sweepstakes (hereinafter “Promotion”) will start at 12:00:01 p.m. (Eastern Time) on Thursday, September 18, 2025, and end on 9:30:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) on Thursday, November 20, 2025 (“Full Promotion Period”). Entry into the Grand Prize drawing is limited to one (1) registration entry per person for the Promotion Period and one (1) entry per Bingo Period (defined below), for a maximum of nine (9) total entries into the Grand Prize drawing, for chances to win a trip for two (2) to Mount Rushmore in South Dakota. In addition, by accessing your Bingo Card during a Bingo Period, you will receive one (1) entry into the corresponding Bingo Period’s prize drawing, for chances to win a $100 VISA Gift Card (a “First Prize”).  Three (3) First Prizes will be awarded per Bingo Period (for a total of twenty-four (24) First Prizes total).  All winners of the Promotion will be selected by random drawing and/or by random chance. Odds of winning vary by participation and number of eligible entries received.  Only completed entry forms will be entered into the drawing. YOU MUST ENTER THE DRAWING BY ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION; NO US MAIL OR FAX ENTRIES PERMITTED. Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, destroyed, forged, tampered with, incomprehensible, misdirected, illegible, incomplete, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules. All information submitted by entrant becomes the sole property of INSP, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, located at 3000 WorldReach Drive, Indian Land, SC 29707 (hereinafter, “Sponsor”). INSP, LLC is the sole sponsor of this Promotion, and this Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform or any other third party, including without limitation Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or SnapChat. This Sweepstakes is administered by Kaleidoscope Promotions Interactive, Ltd., 7 Switchbud Place, Ste. 192-214, The Woodlands, TX 77380.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

To be eligible, all entrants must meet the following requirements: 1) provide all information requested in the online entry form; 2) abide fully with these Official Rules; 3) be at least twenty-five (25) years of age; 4) have a valid United States driver’s license; and 5) be a resident of one of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia (excluding residents of Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories and possessions and where prohibited by law). ONLY ENTRANTS LOGGING ONTO THE INTERNET FROM WITHIN THE FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA ARE ELIGIBLE TO ENTER THE PROMOTION. YOU MAY NOT PARTICIPATE IF YOU ARE NOT A LEGAL U.S. RESIDENT AND PRESENT IN ONE OF THE FIFTY (50)  UNITED STATES AT THE TIME OF ENTRY. The following persons are not eligible to enter the Promotion: (a) employees of Sponsor, administrator, any advertising agency or any other company involved with the development, production, execution, or distribution of the Promotion and its and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, or directors, (b) immediate family members and persons living in the same household as the persons identified in (a) above, and (c) Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories and possessions.  Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s and Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion.  Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

HOW TO ENTER

The Promotion will be divided into nine (9) entry periods (each, an “Entry Period”) as defined in the table in the ENTRY PERIODS section.  All Entry Period times are based on Eastern Time.  You may enter the Promotion via online entry form only.  No other method of entry will be accepted.  Entry limits are specified below, and additional entries beyond each specified limit will be void.  Non-winning entries to any Entry Period will not roll over and will not be included in any subsequent Entry Period but will be included in the Grand Prize Drawing.

There are three (3) methods of entry:

(i) Registration Entry:  At any time during the Full Promotion Period, complete the entry form at https://inspsweepstakes.com to become a registered entrant. By successfully transmitting a completed online entry form as directed, you will receive one (1) entry into the Grand Prize drawing, for a maximum of one (1) possible entry. Note, you must complete a Registration Entry in order to be eligible for Weekly Entries or Bingo Entries.

 (ii) Weekly Grand Prize Entry:  During any Bingo Period, use the “Already Registered for a Bingo Card” shortcut or complete the registration form at https://inspsweepstakes.com to access your Bingo Card.  By accessing a Bingo Card during a Bingo Period, you will receive one (1) entry into the Grand Prize drawing, for a maximum of eight (8) possible Weekly Entries into the Grand Prize drawing. Note, you must complete a Weekly Entry in order to be eligible for a Bingo Entry.

(iii) Bingo Entry:  Access your Bingo Card during the available Bingo Period to become a Bingo entrant for that Bingo Period (“Bingo Entrant”). To instantly learn if you are a Bingo winner, watch the featured Elkhorn episode on INSP from 9:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. ET and play along on your Bingo Card as each Bingo Square’s image is announced on-air. Four (4) Bingo Square images will be announced on-air throughout each Elkhorn episode. If you have the matching Bingo Square image on your Bingo Card, click on it to place a Bingo Chip.  If you complete the game by 10:15:00 p.m. ET and you have four (4) Bingo Chips in a line across your Bingo Card (horizontally, vertically or diagonally), you will receive an instant on-screen confirmation that you have won a First Prize for the applicable Bingo Period. If you access your Bingo Card during the available Bingo Period and you do not complete the Bingo Game by 10:15:00 p.m. ET but you have a winning Bingo Card, you shall be notified per the below section entitled NOTIFICATION TO POTENTIAL WINNER AND FORFEITURE OF PRIZE.  By successfully accessing  a non-winning Bingo Card during the applicable Bingo Period, you will receive one (1) entry into the First Prize drawing for a chance to win any unawarded First Prizes from that Bingo Period.

Submission of an incomplete entry form will result in disqualification. Any completed and uncompleted entries become the property of Sponsor. Sponsor shall not be responsible for unavailable network connections; failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions; online failures; hardware, software or other technical malfunctions or disturbances; or other communications failures or circumstances affecting receipt of entries or entrants’ ability to participate in this Promotion. Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, destroyed, forged, tampered with, incomprehensible, misdirected, illegible, incomplete or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules. By entering, each Entrant agrees to be bound by the rules and regulations of this Promotion.

ENTRY PERIODS

The Promotion will be divided into nine (9) entry periods, as follows, noting that the airtime of the relevant Elkhorn episode is at 9:00 p.m. ET during each Bingo Period:

Non-winning entries in Bingo Periods One (1) through Eight (8) do not roll over and will not be included in any subsequent Bingo Period for the First Prize drawings (except that entries for all Entry Periods will be included in the drawing for the Grand Prize).

Entries beyond the specified limit will be void.  Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant’s entries, and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected entries, which will be disqualified. Sponsor will not be responsible for unavailable network connections; failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions; online failures, hardware, software or other technical malfunctions or disturbances; or other communications failures or circumstances affecting receipt of entries or entrants’ ability to participate in this Promotion.    In the event of a dispute as to any entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used in connection with the entry will be deemed to be the entrant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. All entries become the sole and exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

PRIZES

Twenty-five (25) prizes will be awarded: twenty-four (24) First Prizes and one (1) Grand Prize (singularly a “Prize” and collectively “Prizes”).

For each of the eight (8) Bingo Periods, three (3) winners will each receive a First Prize of one (1) VISA Gift Card valued at One Hundred Dollars ($100.00).

One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a trip to visit Mount Rushmore in South Dakota including roundtrip economy class airfare for two (2) to the Rapid City Regional Airport from a major gateway in the United States, hotel accommodations for three (3) nights / four (4) days, ground transportation, and $500 in spending credit. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize is Two Thousand Five Hundred Fifty Dollars ($2,550.00 USD).  The Grand Prize ARV may vary based upon dates of travel and point of departure. The difference between the Grand Prize ARV and actual value of the Grand Prize will not be awarded. Food, beverages, additional ground transportation, in-room or other personal charges at place of lodging (e.g., mini-bar, movies), additional activities, telephone calls, incidentals, and all other expenses not specifically identified above are not included.

Total ARV of all prizes to be awarded: $4,950.00.

Any and all applicable federal, state and local taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use are the sole responsibility of the winner.  Winners may be asked to complete, execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability/Publicity Release, a Tax Acknowledgement Form, a W-9 Internal Revenue Service Tax Form including the winner’s tax identification number for tax purposes (for prizes valued at $600 or more), and a Background Check Consent Form; and also provide any completed and executed Sponsor-required documents for any Travel Companion (collectively the “Winner Documents”).  Prize cannot be substituted, assigned, or redeemed for cash.  Travel dates will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, and blackout dates may apply.  Sponsor reserves the right to make prize substitutions at equal or greater value at Sponsor’ sole discretion.  Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prizes.  Prize cannot be used in connection with any other promotion or offer.

Sponsor or its authorized agent will deliver the respective Prizes within sixty (60) days of the date the prospective winner returns the Notice and Release (defined below) to Sponsor.  Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any listed prize for one of equal or greater value for any reason. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 if any winner wins prizes with the approximate retail value of $600 or greater.  All federal, state and local income taxes, insurance, licensing, registration and title fees connected to the Prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners. It is the responsibility of winners to claim their Prize value on their personal taxes. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

RANDOM DRAWING

Winning Bingo Cards will be randomly assigned among all Bingo Entrants for that Bingo Period. Any unawarded First Prizes in each Bingo Period will be awarded via random drawing from the non-winning Bingo Entrants for that Bingo Period.

The winner of the Grand Prize will be selected from among all entries received throughout the Full Promotion Period by the method described above in a random drawing to be held at approximately 1:00 p.m. ET on or about November 24, 2025.

Odds of winning vary by participation and number of eligible entries received.

NOTIFICATION TO POTENTIAL WINNER AND FORFEITURE OF PRIZE

The name drawn for each Prize is a “Potential Winner.”  Potential Winners will be notified by email and phone (“Prize Notification”) within five (5) weekdays after the drawing. Entrants are responsible for providing phone number and valid email addresses and checking their respective email accounts for notifications related to the Promotion. Sponsor will have no liability for any Prize Notification intercepted or not received by a Potential Winner for any reason or received by Potential Winner after expiration of any applicable notification/response deadline identified herein. Any Potential Winner of the Prize will be disqualified from winning the Promotion and will forfeit the Prize if the Potential Winner (i) does not respond to Prize Notification by the date the specified in the notification (response to Prize Notification is only complete when submitted with any Sponsor-required forms and information and when Sponsor instructions are followed),  (ii) declines the Prize for any reason, (iii) is found ineligible to win the Promotion, or (iv) has failed to comply with these Official Rules.  If the Prize is forfeited, at Sponsor’s sole discretion and time permitting, an alternate potential winner (“Alternate Potential Winner”) may be selected randomly from among all remaining eligible entries received for the applicable Entry Period. Any Alternate Potential Winner will be disqualified from winning the Promotion and will forfeit the Prize if the Alternate Potential Winner i) does not respond to Prize Notification by the date the specified in the notification (response to Prize Notification is only complete when submitted with any Sponsor-required forms and information and when Sponsor instructions are followed), (ii) declines the Prize for any reason, (iii) is found ineligible to win the Promotion, or (iv) has failed to comply with these Official Rules.  If any Alternate Potential Winner forfeits the Prize, at Sponsor’s sole discretion and time permitting, Sponsor may draw for an additional Alternate Winner, or the Prize may go unawarded.

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

By entering the Promotion, all Entrants release Sponsor and Administrator and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, vendors, agencies, officers, directors, agents, employees, suppliers and all others associated with the development or execution of this Promotion from any and all liability with respect to, or in any way arising from, the Promotion or the acceptance, possession or use of any prizes including, without limitation, liability for any personal injury, damage or loss.  Upon Sponsor’s request, winner will provide, complete, sign and return the Affidavit of Eligibility, Publicity Release and Liability Release Waiver, and a Background Check Consent Form, and the winner will have his/her companion for the trip sign a Publicity Release and Liability Release Waiver for Companion of Sweepstakes Winner and a Background Check Consent Form (collectively, “Winner Documents”).  If the winner does not complete, sign and return such Winner Documents within ten (10) business days after Sponsor’s written request or otherwise does not comply with these Official Rules, or if the results of any Background Check are deemed negative in the sole discretion of Sponsor, then that person may be disqualified and Sponsor may draw for another winner. Neither Sponsor, the Promotion Administrator, nor either of their agents will be responsible for (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries; (5) a potential winner’s failure to maintain or check a submitted email account, or (6) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Promotion or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. If, for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including without limitation due to infection by computer virus or bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor, which corrupt or affect the operation, administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Promotion, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, void any suspect entries and (a) cancel or terminate the Promotion (or any portion thereof); (b) modify the Promotion or suspend the Promotion to address the impairment and then resume the Promotion in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; or (c) award the prize at random from among the eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules will not constitute a waiver of that provision.

SPONSOR USE OF SUBMITTED MATERIALS AND PERSONAL INFORMATION; PRIVACY POLICY; AND DEPICTION RELEASE

Sponsor will be collecting personal data about entrants in accordance with its Privacy Policy.  By participating in the Promotion, you hereby agree to Sponsor’s collection and usage of your personal information and acknowledge that you have read and accepted Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, which may be found at  https://www.insp.com/privacy-policy/. California Residents: Your entry in the Promotion will be deleted if you make a verified consumer request pursuant to the California Consumer Privacy Act or the California Privacy Rights Act to have your Personal Identifiable Information deleted from Sponsor’s database.

Where permitted by law, Sponsors will contact entrants whose email address is submitted as part of this Promotion by email to provide them with marketing and/or promotional information about Sponsor’s content, services and/or goods Sponsor feels may interest entrant, including interest-based advertisements, newsletters, brand promotions, or re-targeted advertisements displayed on third-party sites.  Entrants who no longer wish to receive such emails may opt out by the means provided in the mailings (such as click “Unsubscribe” in any email communication) or by emailing a request to opt out of such mailings to Sponsor at info@insp.com.

All materials and information submitted in connection with the Promotion become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor reserves the right to edit, publish, use, modify or adapt the materials and information submitted. To the extent permitted by law, participation in the Promotion constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, biographical data, photograph, hometown, testimonial or other likeness and/or prize information or personal exposition for promotional, advertising and/or publicity purposes by Sponsor or its designee(s), without further compensation to or approval by the winner.

RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS PROMOTION, ENTRANTS AGREE THAT NEITHER SPONSOR, ADMINISTRATOR, NOR THEIR RESPECTIVE PARENTS, AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, REPRESENTATIVES, CONSULTANTS, CONTRACTORS, LEGAL COUNSEL, ADVERTISING, PUBLIC RELATIONS, PROMOTIONAL, FULFILLMENT AND MARKETING PROVIDERS, SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM PROVIDERS (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION FACEBOOK, INSTAGRAM, SNAPCHAT, AND TWITTER), WEB SITE PROVIDERS, WEB MASTERS AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES, AND AGENTS (THE “RELEASED ENTITIES”) WILL HAVE ANY LIABILITY WHATSOEVER AND WILL BE HELD HARMLESS BY ENTRANTS AGAINST ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURIES, LOSSES OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND TO PERSONS, INCLUDING (BUT NOT LIMITED TO) PERSONAL INJURY (INCLUDING DEATH), OR INJURY TO PROPERTY RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, MISUSE, OR USE OF ANY PRIZE, ENTRY, OR PARTICIPATION IN THIS PROMOTION OR IN ANY PROMOTION-RELATED ACTIVITY, OR ANY CLAIMS BASED ON PUBLICITY RIGHTS, DEFAMATION OR INVASION OF PRIVACY, OR MERCHANDISE DELIVERY. THE RELEASED ENTITIES ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IF ANY PRIZE CANNOT BE AWARDED DUE TO CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND SPONSOR’S CONTROL, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ACTS OF GOD, ACTS OF WAR, NATURAL DISASTERS, WEATHER, PANDEMIC (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION COVID-19), OR TERRORISM. BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS PROMOTION, ENTRANTS AGREE THAT THE RELEASED ENTITIES WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY INJURIES, DAMAGES, OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES FOR ANY INJURY TO PERSONS, INCLUDING DEATH, OR TO PROPERTY FOR ANY REASON, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ARISING OUT OF ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SPONSOR’S INTERNET SITE OR ANY OTHER INTERNET SITE IN RELATION TO OR CONNECTED WITH THE PROMOTION OR  DOWNLOADING FROM OR PRINTING MATERIAL DOWNLOADED FROM SAID INTERNET SITES IN RELATION TO OR CONNECTED WITH THE PROMOTION. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, EVERYTHING REGARDING THIS PROMOTION, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE WEB SITE(S) ACCESSED AND ALL PRIZES WON, ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY. CHOICE OF LAW

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and Sponsor in connection with this Promotion, will be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles, and exclusive jurisdiction for all claims arising in connection with the Promotion will reside in a court located in Charlotte, North Carolina.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

WARNING:  ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS PROMOTION OR TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO PROSECUTE AND SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Sponsor’s failure to enforce any of these Official Rules will not constitute a waiver of that provision.  Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be attempting to tamper with or undermine the entry process, the web site, and/or the legitimate operation of the Promotion; to violate the Official Rules; or to act in unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass another person.  Neither Sponsor nor their agents will be responsible for (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion; (2) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Promotion or receipt or use or misuse of any Prize.  If for any reason an entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, Entrant’s sole remedy is another entry in the Promotion, provided that if it is not possible to award another entry due to discontinuance of the Promotion, or any part of it, for any reason, Sponsor, at its discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the date of discontinuance for any or all of the Prizes offered herein.  If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned including due to infection by computer virus or bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, force majeure, or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor, which correct or affect he operation, administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Promotion, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, void any suspect entries and (a) cancel or terminate the Promotion (or any portion thereof); (b) modify the Promotion or suspend the Promotion to address the impairment and then resume the Promotion in a manner that best confirms to the spirit of these Official Rules; or (c) award the Prize at random from the eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of impairment.
