NO PURCHASE OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THE SWEEPSTAKES.   A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.  VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.  ENTRANTS MUST ABIDE THESE OFFICIAL SWEEPSTAKES RULES (“OFFICIAL RULES”) FULLY.  BY ENTERING THE INSP “BLUE RIDGE WATCH 2 WIN” SWEEPSTAKES, EACH ENTRANT CONFIRMS HAVING READ THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND AGREES THAT S/HE UNDERSTANDS AND WILL COMPLY WITH THEM.  

SWEEPSTAKES DESCRIPTION

The INSP “Blue Ridge Watch 2 Win” Sweepstakes (hereinafter “Promotion”) will start at 10:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) on Sunday, July 19, 2026, and end on 11:59 p.m. (Eastern Time) on Sunday, September 6, 2026 (“Full Promotion Period”). One entry allowed per person for the Promotion during each Entry Period (defined below). One (1) winner will be selected for each Entry Period of the Promotion for eight (8) winners and one (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected for a total of nine (9) winners during the Full Promotion Period. Winners of the Promotion will be selected by random drawing. Odds of winning vary by participation and number of eligible entries received.  Only completed entry forms will be entered into the drawing. YOU MUST ENTER THE DRAWING BY ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION; NO US MAIL OR FAX ENTRIES PERMITTED. Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, destroyed, forged, tampered with, incomprehensible, misdirected, illegible, incomplete, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules. All information submitted by entrant becomes the sole property of INSP, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, located at 3000 WorldReach Drive, Indian Land, SC 29707 (hereinafter, “Sponsor”). INSP, LLC is the sole sponsor of this Promotion, and this Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform or any other third party, including without limitation Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or SnapChat.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

To be eligible, all entrants must meet the following requirements: 1) provide all information requested in the online entry form; 2) abide fully with these Official Rules; 3) be at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the legal age of majority under applicable law, whichever is older); 4) be a resident of one of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia (excluding residents of Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories and possessions and where prohibited by law). ONLY ENTRANTS LOGGING ONTO THE INTERNET FROM WITHIN THE FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA ARE ELIGIBLE TO ENTER THE PROMOTION. YOU MAY NOT PARTICIPATE IF YOU ARE NOT A LEGAL U.S. RESIDENT AND PRESENT IN ONE OF THE FIFTY (50)  UNITED STATES AT THE TIME OF ENTRY. The following persons are not eligible to enter the Promotion: (a) employees of Sponsor, administrator, any advertising agency or any other company involved with the development, production, execution, or distribution of the Promotion and its and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, or directors, (b) immediate family members and persons living in the same household as the persons identified in (a) above, and (c) Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories and possessions.  Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s and Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion.  Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

HOW TO ENTER

The Promotion will be divided into eight (8) entry periods (each, an “Entry Period”).  Entry periods will run each Sunday beginning at 10:00 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) through at 11:59 pm ET that same evening during the Full Promotion Period.   All Entry Period times are based on Eastern Time.  You may enter the Promotion via online entry form only.  No other method of entry will be accepted.  Limit one (1) entry per Entry Period per person/email address.  Additional entries beyond the specified limit will be void.  Non-winning entries to any Entry Period will not roll over and will not be included in any subsequent Entry Period but will be included in the Grand Prize Drawing.

Entrant may use one of two methods to enter during each Entry Period as follows:

(i) Code Word Method:  During the available Entry Period, watch the featured Blue Ridge: The Second Season episode on INSP between 10:00 p.m. ET to 11:00 p.m. ET for the code word (“Code Word”) for that Entry Period and then go to https://www.insp.com/watch2win  to access the online entry form for the Promotion.  By successfully transmitting a completed online entry form during the applicable Entry Period as directed, including entering the correct Code Word, you will be entered into the drawing for such Entry Period.

(ii) Alternative Method:  During an available Entry Period, complete the entry form at https://www.insp.com/sweepstakes/alternative-entry/ . By successfully transmitting a completed online entry form during the applicable Entry Period as directed, you will be entered into the drawing for such Entry Period.

Submission of an incomplete entry form will result in disqualification. Any completed and uncompleted entries become the property of Sponsor. Sponsor shall not be responsible for unavailable network connections; failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions; online failures; hardware, software or other technical malfunctions or disturbances; or other communications failures or circumstances affecting receipt of entries or entrants’ ability to participate in this Promotion. Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, destroyed, forged, tampered with, incomprehensible, misdirected, illegible, incomplete or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules. By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by the rules and regulations of this Promotion.

ENTRY PERIODS

The Promotion will be divided into eight (8) entry periods (each, an “Entry Period”). Entry periods will run each Sunday beginning at 10:00 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) through at 11:59 pm ET that same night during the Full Promotion Period, as follows:

Non-winning entries in Entry Periods One (1) through Seven (7) do not roll over and will not be included in any subsequent entry period (except that all entries for all Entry Periods will be included in the drawing for the Grand Prize).

Entries beyond the specified limit will be void.  Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant’s entries, and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected entries, which will be disqualified. Sponsor will not be responsible for unavailable network connections; failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions; online failures, hardware, software or other technical malfunctions or disturbances; or other communications failures or circumstances affecting receipt of entries or entrants’ ability to participate in this Promotion.    In the event of a dispute as to any entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used in connection with the entry will be deemed to be the entrant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. All entries become the sole and exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

PRIZES

Eight (8) winners (i.e., one (1) winner per Entry Period) will win one $250 VISA® gift card and one (1) grand prize winner will receive a Grand Prize of a $500 VISA® gift card plus a National Parks Pass valued at $80.  Hereinafter, the foregoing prizes shall be referred to singularly as a “Prize” and collectively “Prizes”.  Total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of all Prizes is $2,580.

Prizes are not transferable and are not available for cash redemption or equivalent. Sponsor or its authorized agent will deliver the respective Prizes within sixty (60) days of the date the prospective winner returns the Notice and Release (defined below) to Sponsor.  Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any listed prize for one of equal or greater value for any reason. All federal, state and local income taxes, insurance, licensing, registration and title fees connected to the Prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners. It is the responsibility of winners to claim their Prize value on their personal taxes. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

RANDOM DRAWING

The winner of the Prize for each Entry Period One (1) through Entry Period Eight (8) will be selected by random drawing at approximately 10:00 a.m.on the next Monday following the end of the applicable Entry Period.

The winner of the Grand Prize will be selected from all entrants who submit entries during the Full Promotion Period by the method described above in a random drawing to be held at approximately 10:00 a.m. ET on or about Monday, September 7, 2026.  Odds of winning vary by participation and number of eligible entries received.  

NOTIFICATION TO POTENTIAL WINNER AND FORFEITURE OF PRIZE

The name drawn for each Prize is a “Potential Winner.”  Potential Winners will be notified by email (“Prize Notification”) within five (5) weekdays after the drawing. Entrants are responsible for providing valid email addresses and checking their respective email accounts for notifications related to the Promotion. Sponsor will have no liability for any Prize Notification intercepted or not received by a Potential Winner for any reason or received by Potential Winner after expiration of any applicable notification/response deadline identified herein. Any Potential Winner of the Prize will be disqualified from winning the Promotion and will forfeit the Prize if the Potential Winner (i) does not respond to Prize Notification by the date the specified in the notification (response to Prize Notification is only complete when submitted with any Sponsor-required forms and information and when Sponsor instructions are followed),  (ii) declines the Prize for any reason, (iii) is found ineligible to win the Promotion, or (iv) has failed to comply with these Official Rules.  If the Prize is forfeited, at Sponsor’s sole discretion and time permitting, an alternate potential winner (“Alternate Potential Winner”) may be selected randomly from among all remaining eligible entries received for the applicable Entry Period. Any Alternate Potential Winner will be disqualified from winning the Promotion and will forfeit the Prize if the Alternate Potential Winner i) does not respond to Prize Notification by the date the specified in the notification (response to Prize Notification is only complete when submitted with any Sponsor-required forms and information and when Sponsor instructions are followed), (ii) declines the Prize for any reason, (iii) is found ineligible to win the Promotion, or (iv) has failed to comply with these Official Rules.  If any Alternate Potential Winner forfeits the Prize, at Sponsor’s sole discretion and time permitting, Sponsor may draw for an additional Alternate Winner, or the Prize may go unawarded.

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

By entering the Promotion, all entrants release Sponsor and Administrator and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, vendors, agencies, officers, directors, agents, employees, suppliers and all others associated with the development or execution of this Promotion from any and all liability with respect to, or in any way arising from, the Promotion or the acceptance, possession or use of any prizes including, without limitation, liability for any personal injury, damage or loss.  Upon Sponsor’s request, a Potential Winner will provide, complete, sign and return the Affidavit of Eligibility, Publicity Release and Liability Release Waiver (“Affidavit and Release”).   If the Potential Winner does not complete, sign and return such Affidavit and Release within ten (10) business days after Sponsor’s written request or otherwise does not comply with these Official Rules, that person will be disqualified, and Sponsor, at its sole discretion, may draw for another Potential Winner. Neither Sponsor nor its agents will be responsible for (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries; (5) a Potential Winner’s failure to maintain or check a submitted email account, or (6) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Promotion or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. If, for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including without limitation due to infection by computer virus or bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor, which corrupt or affect the operation, administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Promotion, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, void any suspect entries and (a) cancel or terminate the Promotion (or any portion thereof); (b) modify the Promotion or suspend the Promotion to address the impairment and then resume the Promotion in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; or (c) award a Prize at random from among the eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules will not constitute a waiver of that provision.

SPONSOR USE OF SUBMITTED MATERIALS AND PERSONAL INFORMATION; PRIVACY POLICY; AND DEPICTION RELEASE

Sponsor will be collecting personal data about entrants in accordance with its Privacy Policy.  By participating in the Promotion, you hereby agree to Sponsor’s collection and usage of your personal information and acknowledge that you have read and accepted Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, which may be found at  https://www.insp.com/privacy-policy/. California Residents: Your entry in the Promotion will be deleted if you make a verified consumer request pursuant to the California Consumer Privacy Act or the California Privacy Rights Act to have your Personal Identifiable Information deleted from Sponsor’s database.

Where permitted by law, Sponsors will contact entrants whose email address is submitted as part of this Promotion by email to provide them with marketing and/or promotional information about Sponsor’s content, services and/or goods Sponsor feels may interest entrant, including interest-based advertisements, newsletters, brand promotions, or re-targeted advertisements displayed on third-party sites.  Entrants who no longer wish to receive such emails may opt out by the means provided in the mailings (such as click “Unsubscribe” in any email communication) or by emailing a request to opt out of such mailings to Sponsor at info@insp.com.  All materials and information submitted in connection with the Promotion become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor reserves the right to edit, publish, use, modify or adapt the materials and information submitted. To the extent permitted by law, participation in the Promotion constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, biographical data, photograph, hometown, testimonial or other likeness and/or prize information or personal exposition for promotional, advertising and/or publicity purposes by Sponsor or its designee(s), without further compensation to or approval by the winner.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES, ENTRANTS AGREE THAT SPONSOR, AND ITS RESPECTIVE PARENT, AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, REPRESENTATIVES, CONSULTANTS, CONTRACTORS, LEGAL COUNSEL, ADVERTISING, PUBLIC RELATIONS, PROMOTIONAL, FULFILLMENT AND MARKETING, WEB SITE PROVIDERS, WEB MASTERS AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES, AND AGENTS (THE “RELEASED ENTITIES”), SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER, AND SHALL BE HELD HARMLESS BY ENTRANTS AGAINST ANY LIABILITY, FOR ANY INJURIES, LOSSES OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND TO PERSONS, INCLUDING (BUT NOT LIMITED TO) PERSONAL INJURY (INCLUDING DEATH) OR PROPERTY RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, MISUSE, OR USE OF ANY PRIZE, ENTRY, OR PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR IN ANY SWEEPSTAKES RELATED ACTIVITY, OR ANY CLAIMS BASED ON PUBLICITY RIGHTS, DEFAMATION OR INVASION OF PRIVACY, OR MERCHANDISE DELIVERY. THE RELEASED ENTITIES ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IF ANY PRIZE CANNOT BE AWARDED DUE TO CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND SPONSOR’S CONTROL, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ACTS OF GOD, ACTS OF WAR, NATURAL DISASTERS, WEATHER, OR TERRORISM. BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES, ENTRANTS AGREE THAT THE RELEASED ENTITIES WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY INJURIES, DAMAGES, OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES TO PERSONS, INCLUDING DEATH, OR TO PROPERTY FOR ANY REASON, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ARISING OUT OF ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE WEBSITE, THE DOWNLOADING FROM AND/OR PRINTING MATERIAL DOWNLOADED FROM SAID SITE. CHOICE OF LAW

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and Sponsor in connection with this Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles, and exclusive jurisdiction for all claims arising in connection with the Sweepstakes shall reside in a court located in Charlotte, North Carolina.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

WARNING:  ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS PROMOTION OR TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO PROSECUTE AND SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Sponsor’s failure to enforce any of these Official Rules will not constitute a waiver of that provision.  Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be attempting to tamper with or undermine the entry process, the web site, and/or the legitimate operation of the Promotion; to violate the Official Rules; or to act in unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass another person.  Neither Sponsor nor their agents will be responsible for (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion; (2) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Promotion or receipt or use or misuse of any Prize.  If for any reason an entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant’s sole remedy is another entry in the Promotion, provided that if it is not possible to award another entry due to discontinuance of the Promotion, or any part of it, for any reason, Sponsor, at its discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the date of discontinuance for any or all of the Prizes offered herein.  If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned including due to infection by computer virus or bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, force majeure, or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor, which correct or affect he operation, administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Promotion, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, void any suspect entries and (a) cancel or terminate the Promotion (or any portion thereof); (b) modify the Promotion or suspend the Promotion to address the impairment and then resume the Promotion in a manner that best confirms to the spirit of these Official Rules; or (c) award the Prize at random from the eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of impairment.

The following persons are not eligible to enter the Promotion: (a) employees of Sponsor, any advertising agency or any other company involved with the development, production, execution, or distribution of the Promotion and its and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, or directors, (b) immediate family members and persons living in the same household as the persons identified in (a) above, and (c) Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories and possessions.  Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion.  Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

HOW TO ENTER

You may enter the Promotion via online entry form only.  No other method of entry will be accepted.  Entry limits are specified below, and additional entries beyond each specified limit will be void.  All entry times are based on Eastern Time.

Daily Entry: During the Entry Period, follow the posted instructions to complete and submit the entry form at either https://getinsp.com/ or https://www.insp.com/getdemand/gold-rush-sweepstakes. By successfully submitting a completed online entry form as directed, you will receive one (1) entry into the Promotion (“Daily Entry”). You may submit one (1) Daily Entry per day of the Entry Period for a total of seven (7) Daily Entries per Entry Period.

Bonus Entry: Each day of the Entry Period after submitting your valid Daily Entry, follow the instructions in the confirmation message to share the site via social media. By clicking as instructed to share via Facebook and/or X (each a “Social Platform”), you will receive one (1) bonus entry per Social Platform on which you share the social media post (each a “Bonus Entry”) for up to (2) Bonus Entries per day for a total of fourteen (14) Bonus Entries per Entry Period.

Between Daily Entries and Bonus Entries, there are twenty-one (21) available entries per Entry Period per person.

Submission of an incomplete entry form will result in disqualification. Any completed and uncompleted entries become the property of Sponsor. Entries beyond the specified limit will be void.  Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant’s entries, and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system, including bots, to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected entries, which will be disqualified. Sponsor will not be responsible for unavailable network connections; failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions; online failures, hardware, software or other technical malfunctions or disturbances; or other communications failures or circumstances affecting receipt of entries or entrants’ ability to participate in this Promotion. In the event of a dispute as to any entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used in connection with the entry will be deemed to be the entrant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. All entries become the sole and exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be returned. 

PRIZES

One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded in the form of a $250.00 Visa® Gift Card. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $250.00. The Visa® Gift Card is subject to the terms and conditions of the issuer.

Any and all applicable federal, state and local taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use are the sole responsibility of the winner.  Winners may be asked to complete, execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility with proof of identification, a Liability/Publicity Release, and, if necessary, a W-9 Internal Revenue Service Tax Form including the winner’s tax identification number for tax purposes (collectively the “Winner Documents”).  No substitution, transfer, or cash redemption of prize is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to make prize substitutions at equal or greater value at Sponsor’ sole discretion.  Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prizes.  Prize cannot be used in connection with any other promotion or offer.

RANDOM DRAWING

The Grand Prize winner will be selected from among all eligible entries received throughout each Entry Period in a random drawing to be held no no later than the Monday following the end of the Entry Period.  Randomization methods to be used are at Sponsor’s sole discretion.  Odds of winning vary by participation and number of eligible entries received.

NOTIFICATION TO POTENTIAL WINNER AND FORFEITURE OF PRIZE

The name drawn for a prize is a “Potential Winner.”  Potential Winners will be notified by email and/or phone (“Prize Notification”) within five (5) weekdays after the drawing. Entrants are responsible for providing phone number and valid email addresses and checking their respective email accounts for notifications related to the Promotion. Sponsor will have no liability for any Prize Notification intercepted or not received by a Potential Winner for any reason or received by Potential Winner after expiration of any applicable notification/response deadline identified herein. Any Potential Winner of the Prize will be disqualified from winning the Promotion and will forfeit the Prize if the Potential Winner (i) does not respond to Prize Notification by within 3 business days from the date the specified in the notification (response to Prize Notification is only complete when submitted with any Sponsor-required forms and information and when Sponsor instructions are followed),  (ii) declines the Prize for any reason, (iii) is found ineligible to win the Promotion, or (iv) has failed to comply with these Official Rules.  If the Prize is forfeited, at Sponsor’s sole discretion and time permitting, an alternate potential winner (“Alternate Potential Winner”) may be selected randomly from among all remaining eligible entries received for the Entry Period. Any Alternate Potential Winner will be disqualified from winning the Promotion and will forfeit the Prize if the Alternate Potential Winner i) does not respond to Prize Notification by the date the specified in the notification (response to Prize Notification is only complete when submitted with any Sponsor-required forms and information and when Sponsor instructions are followed), (ii) declines the Prize for any reason, (iii) is found ineligible to win the Promotion, or (iv) has failed to comply with these Official Rules.  If any Alternate Potential Winner forfeits the Prize, at Sponsor’s sole discretion and time permitting, Sponsor may draw for an additional Alternate Winner, or the Prize may go unawarded.

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

By entering the Promotion, all entrants release Sponsor, its respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, vendors, agencies, officers, directors, agents, employees, suppliers and all others associated with the development or execution of this Promotion from any and all liability with respect to, or in any way arising from, the Promotion or the acceptance, possession or use of any prizes including, without limitation, liability for any personal injury, damage or loss.  Upon Sponsor’s request, winner will provide, complete, and return Sponsor-required documentation which may include an Affidavit of Eligibility, Publicity Release and Liability Release (collectively, “Winner Documents”).  If the winner does not complete, sign and return such Winner Documents within the timeframe specified in Sponsor’s written request or otherwise does not comply with these Official Rules, then that person may be disqualified and Sponsor may draw for another winner. Neither Sponsor, nor either of their agents will be responsible for (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries; (5) a potential winner’s failure to maintain or check a submitted email account, or (6) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Promotion or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. SPONSOR USE OF SUBMITTED MATERIALS AND PERSONAL INFORMATION; PRIVACY POLICY; AND DEPICTION RELEASE

Sponsor will be collecting personal data about entrants in accordance with its Privacy Policy.  By participating in the Promotion, you hereby agree to Sponsor’s collection and usage of your personal information and acknowledge that you have read and accepted Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, which may be found at  https://www.insp.com/privacy-policy/. California Residents: Your entry in the Promotion will be deleted if you make a verified consumer request pursuant to the California Consumer Privacy Act or the California Privacy Rights Act to have your Personal Identifiable Information deleted from Sponsor’s database.

Where permitted by law, Sponsors will contact entrants whose email address is submitted as part of this Promotion by email to provide them with marketing and/or promotional information about Sponsor’s content, services and/or goods Sponsor feels may interest entrant, including interest-based advertisements, newsletters, brand promotions, or re-targeted advertisements displayed on third-party sites.  Entrants who no longer wish to receive such emails may opt out by the means provided in the mailings (such as click “Unsubscribe” in any email communication) or by emailing a request to opt out of such mailings to Sponsor at info@insp.com.

All materials and information submitted in connection with the Promotion become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including without limitation infection by computer virus or bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor, which corrupt or affect the operation, administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, void any suspect entries and (a) cancel or terminate the Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof); (b) modify the Sweepstakes or suspend the Sweepstakes to address the impairment and then resume the Sweepstakes in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; or (c) award the prize at random from among the eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

THE RELEASED ENTITIES ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IF ANY PRIZE CANNOT BE AWARDED DUE TO CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND SPONSOR’S CONTROL, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ACTS OF GOD, ACTS OF WAR, NATURAL DISASTERS, WEATHER, OR TERRORISM. BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES, ENTRANTS AGREE THAT THE RELEASED ENTITIES WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY INJURIES, DAMAGES, OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES TO PERSONS, INCLUDING DEATH, OR TO PROPERTY FOR ANY REASON, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ARISING OUT OF ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE WEBSITE, THE DOWNLOADING FROM AND/OR PRINTING MATERIAL DOWNLOADED FROM SAID SITE. CHOICE OF LAW: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and Sponsor in connection with this Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles, and exclusive jurisdiction for all claims arising in connection with the Sweepstakes shall reside in a court located in Charlotte, North Carolina.
