SWEEPSTAKES DESCRIPTION: To enter INSP’s National Day of the Cowboy Sweepstakes (hereinafter, “Sweepstakes”), complete the online entry form at www.insp.com/sweepstakes/. One (1) entry allowed per person per promotion. Winners of the Sweepstakes will be selected by random drawing. Only completed entry forms will be entered into the drawing. YOU MUST ENTER THE DRAWING BY ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION; NO US MAIL OR FAX ENTRIES PERMITTED. Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, destroyed, forged, tampered with, incomprehensible, misdirected, illegible, incomplete, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules. All information submitted by entrant becomes the sole property of INSP, LLC, a Delaware entity, located at 3000 WorldReach Drive, Indian Land, SC 29707 (hereinafter, “Sponsor”).

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS: To be eligible, all entrants must meet the following requirements: 1) provide all information requested in the online entry form; 2) abide fully with these Official Rules, 3) be at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the legal age of majority under applicable law, whichever is older); and 4) be a resident of one of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia (excluding residents of Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories and possessions and where prohibited by law). ONLY ENTRANTS LOGGING ONTO THE INTERNET FROM WITHIN THE 50 UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA ARE ELIGIBLE TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES. YOU MAY NOT PARTICIPATE IF YOU ARE NOT A LEGAL U.S. RESIDENT AND PHYSICALLY LOCATED WITHIN THE UNITED STATES AT THE TIME OF ENTRY. The following persons are not eligible to enter the Sweepstakes: (a) employees of the Contest Entities, their affiliates, subsidiaries, officers or directors, (b) immediate family members and persons living in the same household as the persons identified in (a) above, and (c) residents of Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories and possessions.

NO PURCHASE OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THE SWEEPSTAKES. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

TIMING: The Sweepstakes begins on July 1st, 2024 at 10:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on July 31st, 2024 at 9:59 AM ET (“Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time keeping device for this Promotion.

ENTRY: To enter online, click on the sweepstakes banner at https://www.insp.com (the “Website”) during an Entry Period, and access, complete and submit the online entry form. One (1) entry allowed per person per promotion. Contest Entities reserve the right to contact entrants whose email address is submitted as part of this Sweepstakes. Entrants may then choose to opt-out of future email notifications. ENTRANT MUST ENTER THE DRAWING BY ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION; NO US MAIL OR FAX ENTRIES PERMITTED.

Limit of one (1) entry per person per promotion. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant’s entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected entries, which will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to any entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used in connection with the entry will be deemed to be the entrant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. All entries become the sole and exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

PRIZES:

One Grand Prize (“Grand Prize”)

The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of all prizes is $595.00 USD.

Prizes are non-transferable, with no cash redemption or equivalent. Sponsor or its authorized agent shall deliver the respective Prizes within sixty (60) days of the selection date. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any listed Prize for one of equal or greater value for any reason. All federal, state and local taxes, insurance, licensing, registration and title fees connected to the Prize are the sole responsibility of the winners. It is the responsibility of the entrant to claim the value in their personal taxes. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

RANDOM DRAWING: The Grand Prize is drawn on or about July 31, 2024, from all eligible entries submitted during the Promotion Period. Odds of winning vary by participation and number of eligible entries received. For a list of all winners, available after September 1, 2024, mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: INSP Digital Content, National Day of the Cowboy Sweepstakes Winners List, 3000 WorldReach Drive, Indian Land, South Carolina 29707.

NOTIFICATION TO POTENTIAL WINNER AND FORFEITURE OF PRIZE: Potential winners will be notified by email. Entrants are responsible for providing valid email addresses and checking their respective email accounts for notifications related to the Sweepstakes. Sponsor shall have no liability for any winner notification intercepted or not received by a potential winner for any reason or received by potential winner after expiration of any applicable notification/response deadline identified herein. If a potential winner does not respond within five (5) days of the first notification attempt, or if the Prize or Prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable to such potential winner, such potential winner will forfeit his or her Prize and an alternate winner may be selected from among all remaining eligible entries. If any potential winner is found to be ineligible, or if he or she has not complied with these Official Rules or declines a Prize for any reason prior to award, such potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected from among all remaining eligible entries. If the first potential winner is ineligible, disqualified, or forfeits the Prize for any reason, Sponsor, at its sole discretion, may successively attempt to contact up to five (5) potential winners of a Prize, in accordance with such procedure, and if there is still no confirmed winner of the Prize in question after such attempts have been made, such Prize may go unawarded.

SPONSOR USE OF SUBMITTED MATERIALS AND PERSONAL INFORMATION; PRIVACY POLICY; AND DEPICTION RELEASE: Sponsor will be collecting personal data about entrants in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By participating in the Promotion, you hereby agree to Sponsor’s collection and usage of your personal information and acknowledge that you have read and accepted Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, which may be found at https://www.insp.com/privacy-policy/. California Residents: Your entry in the Promotion will be deleted if you make a verified consumer request pursuant to the California Consumer Privacy Act or the California Privacy Rights Act to have your Personal Identifiable Information deleted from Sponsor’s database.

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION: Upon Sponsor’s request, winners shall provide, complete, sign and return the Affidavit of Eligibility and Release (“Affidavit and Release”). If the winner does not complete, sign and return such Affidavit and Release within ten (10) business days of Sponsor’s written request or otherwise does not comply with these Official Rules, that person will be disqualified and Sponsor may draw for another winner per the procedure set forth above. Neither Sponsor nor its agents shall be responsible for (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; (5) a potential winner’s failure to maintain or check a submitted email account, or (6) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any Prize. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including without limitation infection by computer virus or bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor, which corrupt or affect the operation, administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, void any suspect entries and (a) cancel or terminate the Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof); (b) modify the Sweepstakes or suspend the Sweepstakes to address the impairment and then resume the Sweepstakes in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; or (c) award the Prize at random from among the eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES, ENTRANTS AGREE THAT NEITHER THE CONTEST ENTITIES NOR THEIR RESPECTIVE PARENTS, AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, REPRESENTATIVES, CONSULTANTS, CONTRACTORS, LEGAL COUNSEL, ADVERTISING, PUBLIC RELATIONS, PROMOTIONAL, FULFILLMENT AND MARKETING, WEB SITE PROVIDERS, WEB MASTERS AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES, AND AGENTS (THE “RELEASED ENTITIES”), WILL HAVE ANY LIABILITY WHATSOEVER AND SHALL BE HELD HARMLESS BY ENTRANTS AGAINST ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURIES, LOSSES OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND TO PERSONS, INCLUDING (BUT NOT LIMITED TO) PERSONAL INJURY (INCLUDING DEATH) OR PROPERTY RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, MISUSE, OR USE OF ANY PRIZE, ENTRY, OR PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR IN ANY SWEEPSTAKES RELATED ACTIVITY, OR ANY CLAIMS BASED ON PUBLICITY RIGHTS, DEFAMATION OR INVASION OF PRIVACY, OR MERCHANDISE DELIVERY. THE RELEASED ENTITIES ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IF ANY PRIZE CANNOT BE AWARDED DUE TO CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND SPONSOR’S CONTROL, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ACTS OF GOD, ACTS OF WAR, NATURAL DISASTERS, WEATHER, OR TERRORISM. WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW, AND, SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO PROSECUTE AND SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

CHOICE OF LAW: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and Sponsor in connection with this Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles, and exclusive jurisdiction for all claims arising in connection with the Sweepstakes shall reside in a court located in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

HOW TO ENTER: The Promotion will be divided into six (6) entry periods (each, an “Entry Period”). Entry periods will run each Sunday beginning at 9:00 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) through at 11:59 pm ET that same evening during the Full Promotion Period. All Entry Period times are based on Eastern Time. You may enter the Promotion via online entry form only. No other method of entry will be accepted. Limit one (1) entry per Entry Period per person/email address. Additional entries beyond the specified limit will be void. Non-winning entries to any Entry Period will not roll over and will not be included in any subsequent Entry Period but will be included in the Grand Prize Drawing.

Entrant may use one of two methods to enter during each Entry Period as follows:

(i) Code Word Method: During the available Entry Period, watch the featured Blue Ridge: The Series episode on INSP between 9:00 p.m. ET to 10:00 p.m. ET for the code word (“Code Word”) for that Entry Period and then go to https://www.insp.com/watch2win to access the online entry form for the Promotion. By successfully transmitting a completed online entry form during the applicable Entry Period as directed, including entering the correct Code Word, you will be entered into the drawing for such Entry Period.

(ii) Alternative Method: During an available Entry Period, complete the entry form at https://www.insp.com/sweepstakes/alternative-entry/ . By successfully transmitting a completed online entry form during the applicable Entry Period as directed, you will be entered into the drawing for such Entry Period.

Submission of an incomplete entry form will result in disqualification. Any completed and uncompleted entries become the property of Sponsor. Sponsor shall not be responsible for unavailable network connections; failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions; online failures; hardware, software or other technical malfunctions or disturbances; or other communications failures or circumstances affecting receipt of entries or entrants’ ability to participate in this Promotion. Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, destroyed, forged, tampered with, incomprehensible, misdirected, illegible, incomplete or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules. By entering, each Entrant agrees to be bound by the rules and regulations of this Promotion.

Non-winning entries in Entry Periods One (1) through Five (5) do not roll over and will not be included in any subsequent entry period (except that all entries for all Entry Periods will be included in the drawing for the Grand Prize).

In the event of a dispute as to any entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used in connection with the entry will be deemed to be the entrant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. All entries become the sole and exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

PRIZES: Seven (7) prizes will be awarded (i.e., one (1) prize per Entry Period and one (1) Grand Prize)(singularly a “Prize” and collectively “Prizes”) consisting of: 6 ($100) VISA Gift Cards, and One (1) Grand Prize, valued at $3,700.00,that includes: roundtrip economy class airfare for two (2) to the Asheville Regional Airport from a major gateway in the United States, two (2) night stay at The Inn on Biltmore Estate, ground transportation, admission for two (2) to tour the Biltmore, and $500 in spending credit. Total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of all Prizes is $4,300.00.

Winner of Grand Prize. All entries in Entry Periods One (1) through Six (6) will be entered in the drawing for the Grand Prize. One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded consisting of: Round-trip economy class airfare for two (2) to the Asheville Regional Airport from a major gateway in the United States, two (2) night stay at The Inn on Biltmore Estate, ground transportation ground transportation to/from airport to/from The Inn on Biltmore Estate, admission for two (2) to tour the Biltmore, and $500 in spending credit. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize is $3,700.00. Food, beverages, additional ground transportation, in-room or other personal charges at place of lodging (e.g., mini-bar, movies), additional activities, telephone calls, incidentals, and all other expenses not specifically identified above are not included.

Any and all applicable federal, state and local taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner must execute an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability/Publicity Release, a Tax Acknowledgement Form, complete and sign a W-9 Internal Revenue Service Tax Form including the winner’s tax identification number for tax purposes (for prizes valued at $600 or more), and winner must provide any Sponsor-required documents for any Travel Companion (collectively the “Winner Documents”). Prize cannot be substituted, assigned, or redeemed for cash. Travel dates will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, and blackout dates may apply. Sponsor reserves the right to make prize substitutions at equal or greater value at Sponsor’ sole discretion. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prizes. Prize cannot be used in connection with any other promotion or offer.

The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prizes is $3,700.00.

Prizes are not transferable and are not available for cash redemption or equivalent. Sponsor or its authorized agent will deliver the respective Prizes within sixty (60) days of the date the prospective winner returns the Notice and Release (defined below) to Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any listed prize for one of equal or greater value for any reason. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 if any winner wins prizes with the approximate retail value of $600 or greater. All federal, state and local income taxes, insurance, licensing, registration and title fees connected to the Prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners. RANDOM DRAWING:

The winner of the Prize for each Entry Period One (1) through Entry Period Six (6) will be selected by random drawing at approximately 10:00 a.m.on the next Monday following the end of the applicable Entry Period.

The winner of the Grand Prize will be selected from all entrants who submit entries during Entry Period One (1) through Entry Period Six (6) by the method described above in a random drawing to be held at approximately 10:00 a.m. ET on or about September 3rd, 2024. Odds of winning vary by participation and number of eligible entries received.

NOTIFICATION TO POTENTIAL WINNER AND FORFEITURE OF PRIZE: The name drawn for each Prize is a “Potential Winner.” Potential Winners will be notified by email (“Prize Notification”) within five (5) weekdays after the drawing. Entrants are responsible for providing valid email addresses and checking their respective email accounts for notifications related to the Promotion. Sponsor will have no liability for any Prize Notification intercepted or not received by a Potential Winner for any reason or received by Potential Winner after expiration of any applicable notification/response deadline identified herein. Any Potential Winner of the Prize will be disqualified from winning the Promotion and will forfeit the Prize if the Potential Winner (i) does not respond to Prize Notification by the date the specified in the notification (response to Prize Notification is only complete when submitted with any Sponsor-required forms and information and when Sponsor instructions are followed), (ii) declines the Prize for any reason, (iii) is found ineligible to win the Promotion, or (iv) has failed to comply with these Official Rules. If the Prize is forfeited, at Sponsor’s sole discretion and time permitting, an alternate potential winner (“Alternate Potential Winner”) may be selected randomly from among all remaining eligible entries received for the applicable Entry Period. Any Alternate Potential Winner will be disqualified from winning the Promotion and will forfeit the Prize if the Alternate Potential Winner i) does not respond to Prize Notification by the date the specified in the notification (response to Prize Notification is only complete when submitted with any Sponsor-required forms and information and when Sponsor instructions are followed), (ii) declines the Prize for any reason, (iii) is found ineligible to win the Promotion, or (iv) has failed to comply with these Official Rules. If any Alternate Potential Winner forfeits the Prize, at Sponsor’s sole discretion and time permitting, Sponsor may draw for an additional Alternate Winner, or the Prize may go unawarded.

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION: By entering the Promotion, all Entrants release Sponsor and Administrator and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, vendors, agencies, officers, directors, agents, employees, suppliers and all others associated with the development or execution of this Promotion from any and all liability with respect to, or in any way arising from, the Promotion or the acceptance, possession or use of any prizes including, without limitation, liability for any personal injury, damage or loss. Upon Sponsor’s request, winners will provide, complete, sign and return the Affidavit of Eligibility, Publicity Release and Liability Release Waiver (“Affidavit and Release”), and the winner will have his/her companion for the trip sign a Publicity Release and Liability Release Waiver for Companion of Sweepstakes Winner. If the winner does not complete, sign and return such Affidavit and Release within ten (10) business days after Sponsor’s written request or otherwise does not comply with these Official Rules, that person will be disqualified, and Sponsor, at its sole discretion, may draw for another winner. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules will not constitute a waiver of that provision.

SPONSOR USE OF SUBMITTED MATERIALS AND PERSONAL INFORMATION; PRIVACY POLICY; AND DEPICTION RELEASE: Sponsor will be collecting personal data about entrants in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By participating in the Promotion, you hereby agree to Sponsor’s collection and usage of your personal information and acknowledge that you have read and accepted Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, which may be found at https://www.insp.com/privacy-policy/.
