As you can imagine, opening a store (even virtually) is a huge undertaking. We had so many great ideas for products we felt our viewers and Western fans would love, and we knew we had to find a partner in this venture who would be as passionate about creativity, quality, and customer service as we are. We’re thrilled to partner with Threadless, a company built on compassion, encouragement, high standards, and customer service.
Threadless started out as a T-shirt company in 2000, based in Chicago. Now fully remote, the company has grown to host a diverse marketplace featuring apparel, accessories, home décor, and more, completely created by a community of individual Artist Shops. INSP is happy to be part of this thriving group.

Products are shipped from different locations across the U.S. within the Threadless printing network. If you order several items, they may be split into multiple shipments going out at different times—but you will be charged only one combined shipping fee. Threadless will send you a notice as soon as each item ships.
Shipping cost is based on the weight of your items, the shipping method you choose, and the address receiving the items. Here are typical estimates for products sent via basic postal/standard shipping on orders within the United States.
U.S. orders
$6.99 for orders totaling under 1 lb
$10.49 for orders between 1-2 lbs
$13.49 for orders between 2-3 lbs
U.S. orders over $99.00 qualify for free postal shipping.

Yes, but it depends on your state. In general, since orders are custom-printed and shipped from various locations in the country, your items will be taxed as required by the sales tax laws where you live. Though unlikely, there may be exceptions to this.
As a standard, Threadless ships via DHL eCommerce. They will pick up your order from a Threadless printing center, sort it, and apply the postage. Your package is then taken by DHL eCommerce to your local post office processing center. From there, it’s delivered to you.
UPS
In some cases, you may be able to select UPS as your delivery option.
Post Office Boxes
Unlike some online stores, Threadless will deliver to Post Office Boxes.
However, at this time, they do not ship to APO/FPO mailboxes.
For more info, click here.
On average, postal shipments take between 2 to 5 business days to arrive after your package has shipped. It could take longer, depending on your local delivery or if there are any delays along the route. If your order doesn’t arrive within 10 days, contact Threadless at Help@threadless.com.
If it’s been several days and your tracking number hasn’t updated showing progress on your package’s route, or if you were notified that the package was already delivered and you haven’t received it, first check with your local post office.
Sometimes, packages are delivered to the wrong address or to odd locations near your house. Check with neighbors to see if they received your items. Take a stroll around the outside of your house. Perhaps, the package was left at a side door, a garage or back deck?
Get more information here.
If you’ve exhausted all options trying to locate your package through your local post office and you believe your order is missing in transit, contact Threadless at Help@threadless.com.

INSP FAQs
No, unfortunately, to watch INSP you must have a television provider.
Yes, we are available on Sling, FrndlyTV, Vidgo, Philo and SelectTV. We hope to be offered on other services in the future. For more info on affordable streaming services, click here.
Yes. You can log in with your cable/satellite/digital TV provider and stream INSP live here.
For several years, INSP has been available in both high definition (HD) and standard definition (SD). We are pleased that INSP now is available in HD in millions of homes. However, the decision to offer HD is made not by us but by each distributor. If INSP’s HD signal is not available in your area, please ask your provider to add INSP in HD. INSP (in both SD and HD) is available free of charge, with no additional costs to you or your provider.
The simplest way is to visit www.INSP.com. Then, click Find INSP at the top of the page. Once on our Channel Finder page, you’ll be prompted to enter your zip code and choose your cable/satellite provider from a dropdown menu. Once selections are made, the INSP channel number will appear.
If INSP is not available in your local listing, contact your cable or satellite provider and let them know you want INSP in your channel lineup. In a few areas, INSP is available only on a tier. In cases like these, it is possible that you may need to update your subscription level.
It may be possible to view INSP internationally if you have cable or Direct Broadcast Satellite, but additional software, or a device may be needed. Please contact your provider for more information.
Unfortunately, those living outside of the United States are restricted from entering INSP sweepstakes.
A list of recent winners is available here.
Alternatively, for a list of all winners for a specific contest, mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope to:
INSP Digital Content & Social Media Department, Sweepstakes, 3000 WorldReach Drive, Indian Land, South Carolina 29707.
While our sweepstakes rules state that an email address can be used only once per sweepstakes entry, you will not be penalized if you accidentally enter the sweepstakes with the same email more than once. Multiple entries with the same email address are not counted.
When many INSP programs originally aired, their standard length was substantially longer than the standard length of shows today. As a result, they must be edited to fit into these current time slots. Some episodes are not aired altogether because they are too long for broadcast.
In addition, INSP is dedicated to providing a “safe” environment for viewers of all ages. This is part of our commitment to both our viewers and our content distributors. Because of this commitment, we thoroughly review every single program, and at times, we may feel it is appropriate to edit certain segments. Some of this edited or deleted content may contain graphic violence, topical adult material, inappropriate language, or other content that might be considered offensive. As a family-oriented network, INSP has adopted a policy of standards and guidelines that help us make these decisions.
INSP’s lineup often carries multiple airings of a popular program. These airings are on different sequences. For example, “Gunsmoke” may air in one timeslot and begin with Season 1, Episode 1, while an airing in a different timeslot may be in Season 3, and a third timeslot might be airing in Season 7. However, EACH timeslot for the show airs in its own episodic sequence. So, if you watch “Gunsmoke” in one timeslot, over the course of several months, you will see the entire collection in sequence.
Please refer to FAQ #12 for more information. If you are watching Loop #1 of a particular show on a particular day, that episode may be shown in another loop a few days later, which will make it seem like we are repeating episodes. If you view the same loop, it will not repeat as often.
While we would love to help you see a show you have missed, our lineup is scheduled months in advance and sent to listing agencies and TV providers. These listing agencies then put the INSP schedule on their guides for you to read and decide which shows you want to watch. These days, most cable and satellite TV providers offer DVR capabilities with their devices, though there may be an additional monthly charge for the service. Contact your TV provider for more info, or consider purchasing a DVR device.
INSP tries to provide consistent formatting but we face the challenge that content has been produced in different formats over the years. Some were originally captured in HD/16×9/widescreen, while others were captured in the SD/4×3/letterbox format. If the content was recorded in HD, you will see that format on your screen, and if it was recorded in the 4×3 format, you will see black bars on each side.
- With your TV on Live (not DVR), press MENU
- Go to SETTINGS (or Settings & Help) and press Select
- Find DISPLAY and press Select
- Find PREFERENCES and press Select
- Find GUIDE HD CHANNELS and press Select
- You will see 3 options:
- Hide SD duplicate
- Hide HD channels
- Show all channels
- Go to Show all Channels and press Select
- This will take you back one screen, where “Show all Channels” is now highlighted under GUIDE TO HD CHANNELS.
- Click the EXIT button and return to Live TV.
- You may get a message informing you the new setting will take a few minutes to go into effect.
INSP has changed over the years, now featuring Westerns and action-packed Western style shows, most of which include cowboys, western living, and lifestyles. We wanted our logo to truly reflect our image.
We love horses and boots, but a cowboy hat means something special to us. The cowboy hat symbolizes the “good guys.” We want audiences to look at our logo and know that INSP celebrates heroes, recognizes the good in people, people who stand for justice and doing what’s right.
Fear not! Just a logo design change! INSP is the same network you know and love with your favorite stars, Western and action/adventure shows, movies, marathons—entertainment the whole family can enjoy, and something for everyone. See what’s on right now!
