Can we watch INSP if we don’t have a TV provider, but just an antenna? No, unfortunately, to watch INSP you must have a television provider. 2. Are you available on streaming services? Yes, we are available on FuboTV. We hope to be offered on other services in the future. 3. Can I watch INSP online? Since most of INSP’s content is acquired, we do not have the distribution or licensing rights that would permit us to stream programming online. However, as we continue to add new original series and movies to the network, we are looking at ways in which we can make that available online. 4. I frequently see a caption that says “INSP is in HD where available.” Where is HD available now and how can I get it? For several years, INSP has been available in both high definition (HD) and standard definition (SD). We are pleased that INSP now is available in HD in millions of homes. However, the decision to offer HD is made not by us but by each distributor. If INSP’s HD signal is not available in your area, please ask your provider to add INSP in HD. INSP (in both SD and HD) is available free of charge, with no additional costs to you or your provider. 5. How can I find INSP in my channel lineup? The simplest way is to visit www.INSP.com. Then, click Find INSP at the top of the page. Once on our Channel Finder page, you’ll be prompted to enter your zip code and choose your cable/satellite provider from a dropdown menu. Once selections are made, the INSP channel number will appear. 6. How can I have INSP added to my lineup? If INSP is not available in your local listing, contact your cable or satellite provider and let them know you want INSP in your channel lineup. In a few areas, INSP is available only on a tier. In cases like these, it is possible that you may need to update your subscription level. 7. Can I watch INSP if I don’t live in the U.S.? It may be possible to view INSP internationally if you have cable or Direct Broadcast Satellite, but additional software, or a device may be needed. Please contact your provider for more information. 8. Can I enter an INSP Sweepstakes if I live outside the U.S.? Unfortunately, those living outside of the United States are restricted from entering INSP sweepstakes. 9. Can I get a list of sweepstakes winners? Typically, sweepstakes winners are featured in a post on our Facebook page. 10. Your sweepstakes rules state that an email address can only be used once per entry. What happens if I accidentally enter more than once? While our sweepstakes rules state that an email address can be used only once per sweepstakes entry, you will not be penalized if you accidentally enter the sweepstakes with the same email more than once. Multiple entries with the same email address are not counted. 11. Why are some scenes edited or deleted from episodes? When INSP programs originally aired, their standard length was substantially longer than the standard length of shows today. As a result, they must be edited to fit into these time slots. Some episodes are not aired all together because they are too long for broadcast. In addition, INSP is committed to provide a “safe” environment for all viewers of all ages. This is part of our commitment to viewers and to content distributors. Because of this commitment, we review all programs, and, at times, feel it is appropriate to edit segments. Some of this content may contain graphic violence, topical adult material, inappropriate language, or other content that might be considered “offensive.” As a family-oriented network, INSP has adopted a policy of standards and guidelines that guide these decisions. 12. Why are some episodes of the same show airing the same day not in sequence? INSP’s lineup often carries multiple airings of a popular program. These airings are on different sequences. For example, “The Waltons” may air in one time slot and begin with Season 1, Episode 1, while an airing in a different time slot may be in Season 3 and a third time slot might be airing in Season 7. However, EACH timeslot for the show is being aired in episodic sequence. So if you watch “The Waltons” in one time slot, over the course of several months, you will see the entire collection in sequence. 13. Why are certain episodes repeated so frequently? Please refer to FAQ #12 for more information. If you are watching Loop #1 of a particular show on a particular day, that episode may be shown in another loop a few days later, which will make it seem like we are repeating episodes. If you view the same loop, it will not repeat as often. 14. I missed a show. Can you play it again tonight? While we would love to help you see a show you have missed, our lineup is scheduled months in advance and sent to listing agencies and TV providers. These listing agencies then put the INSP schedule on their guides for you to view. To view INSP on demand, we recommend obtaining a DVR (Digital Video Recorder). 15. Why does my picture go from letterbox to widescreen? INSP tries to provide consistent formatting but we face the challenge that content has been produced in different formats over the years. Some were originally captured in HD/16×9/widescreen, while others were captured in the SD/4×3/letterbox format. If the content was recorded in HD, you will see that format on your screen, and if it was recorded in the 4×3 format, you will see black bars on each side. 16. I have DIRECTV, but I can’t see INSP in HD. How can I make it to work? With your TV on Live (not DVR), press MENU Go to SETTINGS (or Settings & Help) and press Select Find DISPLAY and press Select Find PREFERENCES and press Select Find GUIDE HD CHANNELS and press Select You will see 3 options: Hide SD duplicate Hide HD channels Show all channels Go to Show all Channels and press Select This will take you back one screen, where “Show all Channels” is now highlighted under GUIDE TO HD CHANNELS. Click the EXIT button and return to Live TV. You may get a message informing you the new setting will take a few minutes to go into effect.
