Sweepstakes Rules

NO PURCHASE OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THE SWEEPSTAKES.   A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.  VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.  ENTRANTS MUST ABIDE THESE OFFICIAL SWEEPSTAKES RULES (“OFFICIAL RULES”) FULLY.  BY ENTERING THE “INSP’S STASH OF CASH WEEK” SWEEPSTAKES, EACH ENTRANT CONFIRMS HAVING READ THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND AGREES THAT S/HE UNDERSTANDS AND WILL COMPLY WITH THEM.

SWEEPSTAKES DESCRIPTION

INSP’s Stash of Cash Week Sweepstakes (hereinafter, “Sweepstakes”) will begin on December 1, 2025 at 12:00:00 PM Eastern Time (“ET”) and end on February 8, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM ET (the “Entry Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for this Sweepstakes. Prizes shall include one (1) $100 Visa® Gift Card awarded per week (each a “Weekly Prize”) for ten (10) weeks and one (1) grand prize of $500 Visa® Gift Card (“Grand Prize”) All winners of the Sweepstakes will be selected by random drawing and/or by random chance. Odds of winning vary by participation and number of eligible entries received.  Only completed entry forms will be entered into the drawing. YOU MUST ENTER THE DRAWING BY ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION; NO US MAIL OR FAX ENTRIES PERMITTED. Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, destroyed, forged, tampered with, incomprehensible, misdirected, illegible, incomplete, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules. All information submitted by entrant becomes the sole property of INSP, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, located at 3000 WorldReach Drive, Indian Land, SC 29707 (hereinafter, “Sponsor”). INSP, LLC is the sole sponsor of this Sweepstakes, and this Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform or any other third party, including without limitation Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or SnapChat.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

To be eligible, entrant must meet the following requirements: 1) provide all information requested in the online entry form; 2) abide fully with these Official Rules, 3) be at least eighteen (18) years of age; and 4) be a resident of one of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia (excluding residents of Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories and possessions and where prohibited by law). ONLY ENTRANTS LOGGING ONTO THE INTERNET FROM WITHIN THE 50 UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA ARE ELIGIBLE TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES. YOU MAY NOT PARTICIPATE IF YOU ARE NOT A LEGAL U.S. RESIDENT OR NOT PHYSICALLY LOCATED WITHIN THE UNITED STATES AT THE TIME OF ENTRY. The following persons are not eligible to enter the Sweepstakes: (a) employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers or directors, (b) immediate family members and persons living in the same household as the persons identified in (a) above, and (c) residents of Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories and possessions.

HOW TO ENTER

To enter, click on the sweepstakes banner at https://www.insp.com (the “Website”) and access the online entry form. One (1) entry allowed per person per day during each Weekly Entry Period (defined below). Submission of an incomplete entry form will result in disqualification. Any completed and uncompleted entries become the property of Sponsor.  Sponsor reserves the right to contact entrants whose email address is submitted as part of this Sweepstakes. Entrants may then choose to opt-out of future email notifications

ENTRY PERIODS

The Sweepstakes will be divided into ten (10) weekly entry periods (each, a “Weekly Entry Period”) as defined in the table below.  All Weekly Entry Period times are based on Eastern Time. Non-winning entries to any Weekly Entry Period will not roll over and will not be included in any subsequent Weekly Entry Period but will be included in the Grand Prize Drawing.

Entries beyond the specified limit will be void.  Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant’s entries, and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system, including bots, to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected entries, which will be disqualified. Sponsor will not be responsible for unavailable network connections; failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions; online failures, hardware, software or other technical malfunctions or disturbances; or other communications failures or circumstances affecting receipt of entries or entrants’ ability to participate in this Sweepstakes.    In the event of a dispute as to any entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used in connection with the entry will be deemed to be the entrant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. All entries become the sole and exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

PRIZES

Eleven (11) prizes will be awarded total: ten (10) Weekly Prizes and one (1) Grand Prize (singularly a “Prize” and collectively “Prizes”).

For each of the ten (10) Weekly Entry Periods, one (1) winner will each receive a Weekly Prize of one (1) VISA® Gift Card valued at One Hundred Dollars ($100.00).

One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive one (1) VISA® Gift Card valued at Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00).

Total ARV of all prizes to be awarded: $1,500.00.

Any and all applicable federal, state and local taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use are the sole responsibility of the winner.  Winners may be asked to complete, execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility with proof of identity, a Liability/Publicity Release, a Tax Acknowledgement Form, a W-9 Internal Revenue Service Tax Form including the winner’s tax identification number for tax purposes (for total prizes valued at $600 or more), and a Background Check Consent Form (collectively the “Winner Documents”).  Prize cannot be substituted, assigned, or redeemed for cash.

Prizes are non-transferable, with no cash redemption or equivalent. Sponsor or its authorized agent shall deliver the respective Prizes within sixty (60) days of the selection date. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any listed Prize for one of equal or greater value for any reason. All federal, state and local taxes, insurance, licensing, registration and title fees connected to the Prize are the sole responsibility of the winners. It is the responsibility of the entrant to claim the value in their personal taxes. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

RANDOM DRAWING

Weekly winners will be randomly drawn from among all eligible entries received during the applicable Weekly Entry Period. The random drawing will be held at approximately on the Monday following the end of the applicable Weekly Entry Period.

NOTIFICATION TO POTENTIAL WINNER AND FORFEITURE OF PRIZE

Potential winners will be notified by email. Entrants are responsible for providing valid email addresses and checking their respective email accounts for notifications related to the Sweepstakes. Sponsor shall have no liability for any winner notification intercepted or not received by a potential winner for any reason or received by potential winner after expiration of any applicable notification/response deadline identified herein. If a potential winner does not respond within five (5) days of the first notification attempt, or if the Prize or Prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable to such potential winner, such potential winner will forfeit his or her Prize and an alternate winner may be selected from among all remaining eligible entries. If any potential winner is found to be ineligible, or if he or she has not complied with these Official Rules or declines a Prize for any reason prior to award, such potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected from among all remaining eligible entries. If the first potential winner is ineligible, disqualified, or forfeits the Prize for any reason, Sponsor, at its sole discretion, may successively attempt to contact up to three (3) potential winners of a Prize, in accordance with such procedure, and if there is still no confirmed winner of the Prize in question after such attempts have been made, such Prize may go unawarded.

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

Upon Sponsor’s request, winners shall provide, complete, sign and return the Affidavit of Eligibility and Release with proof of identity (“Affidavit and Release”). If the winner does not complete, sign and return such Affidavit and Release within ten (10) business days of Sponsor’s written request or otherwise does not comply with these Official Rules, that person will be disqualified and Sponsor may draw for another winner per the procedure set forth above. Neither Sponsor nor its agents shall be responsible for (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; (5) a potential winner’s failure to maintain or check a submitted email account, or (6) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any Prize. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including without limitation infection by computer virus or bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor, which corrupt or affect the operation, administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, void any suspect entries and (a) cancel or terminate the Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof); (b) modify the Sweepstakes or suspend the Sweepstakes to address the impairment and then resume the Sweepstakes in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; or (c) award the Prize at random from among the eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES, ENTRANTS AGREE THAT SPONSOR, AND ITS RESPECTIVE PARENT, AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, REPRESENTATIVES, CONSULTANTS, CONTRACTORS, LEGAL COUNSEL, ADVERTISING, PUBLIC RELATIONS, PROMOTIONAL, FULFILLMENT AND MARKETING, WEB SITE PROVIDERS, WEB MASTERS AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES, AND AGENTS (THE “RELEASED ENTITIES”), SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER, AND SHALL BE HELD HARMLESS BY ENTRANTS AGAINST ANY LIABILITY, FOR ANY INJURIES, LOSSES OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND TO PERSONS, INCLUDING (BUT NOT LIMITED TO) PERSONAL INJURY (INCLUDING DEATH) OR PROPERTY RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, MISUSE, OR USE OF ANY PRIZE, ENTRY, OR PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR IN ANY SWEEPSTAKES RELATED ACTIVITY, OR ANY CLAIMS BASED ON PUBLICITY RIGHTS, DEFAMATION OR INVASION OF PRIVACY, OR MERCHANDISE DELIVERY. THE RELEASED ENTITIES ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IF ANY PRIZE CANNOT BE AWARDED DUE TO CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND SPONSOR’S CONTROL, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ACTS OF GOD, ACTS OF WAR, NATURAL DISASTERS, WEATHER, OR TERRORISM. BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES, ENTRANTS AGREE THAT THE RELEASED ENTITIES WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY INJURIES, DAMAGES, OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES TO PERSONS, INCLUDING DEATH, OR TO PROPERTY FOR ANY REASON, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ARISING OUT OF ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE WEBSITE, THE DOWNLOADING FROM AND/OR PRINTING MATERIAL DOWNLOADED FROM SAID SITE. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, EVERYTHING REGARDING THIS SWEEPSTAKES, INCLUDING THE WEB SITE AND ALL PRIZES, ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY. CHECK LOCAL LAWS FOR ANY RESTRICTIONS OR LIMITATIONS REGARDING THESE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS.

CHOICE OF LAW

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and Sponsor in connection with this Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles, and exclusive jurisdiction for all claims arising in connection with the Sweepstakes shall reside in a court located in Charlotte, North Carolina.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW, AND, SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO PROSECUTE AND SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

BY ENTERING, EACH ENTRANT CONFIRMS HAVING READ THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND AGREES THAT S/HE UNDERSTANDS AND WILL COMPLY WITH THEM.
