Cowboy Steve Daly is in jail waiting to be hanged when the judge in his case offers him a reprieve—but only if he agrees to marry a feisty but beautiful redhead named Julia. Daly says yes…and once the pair are married, she is whisked away. On his way out of town, a hired gun tries to shoot him dead but his friend, Podo, helps him escape. Out on the trail, Steve learns that Julia is Cheyenne O’Malley, a fur trader and heiress who had to marry to get her inheritance. Now, Steve intends to find his wife and demand all the rights of a husband. But he better watch out—because Cheyenne brandishes a bullwhip and is full of surprises!
