Belle Watson is a sweet young woman whose father works for wealthy businessman, Eric Landry. Though quite handsome, Eric is called “The Beast” by everyone behind his back, a name earned for his bitter attitude, cruel, selfish behavior and torrid temper.

One day, while at the Landry mansion, Belle’s father accidentally breaks a priceless work of art and Eric fires him on the spot. To make matters worse, he insists this working class man repay the value of the masterpiece.

Seeing her father distraught, Belle approaches Eric to discuss the matter, feeling in her heart, he would have some compassion, but instead she encounters “The Beast.” Eric agrees to allow Belle to work for him to pay off the debt.
