Submission Policy

At this time, neither INSP nor any of its employees are accepting unsolicited submissions related to programming and marketing, including without limitation, any and all show ideas, pitches, treatments, pilots, movies or series, whether for development or licensing purposes (collectively, “Submissions”).  Please do not submit any unsolicited Submissions in any form to INSP or any of its employees. The sole purpose of this policy is to avoid potential misunderstandings or disputes when INSP’s programming or marketing strategies might seem similar to ideas, concepts, and materials submitted to INSP.   If you still send us your Submissions despite our policy which prohibits such Submissions, the following terms shall apply regardless to any terms or stipulations which might be provided in your enclosure letter:

TERMS OF SUBMISSION

You agree that: (1) your Submissions and their contents will automatically become the property of INSP, LLC, without any compensation to you; (2) INSP, LLC and its affiliated entities may use or redistribute the Submissions and their contents for any purpose and in any way; (3) there is no obligation for INSP, LLC to review the Submission; and (4) there is no obligation to keep any Submissions confidential.
