Gary Cooper, Ruth Roman, and Steve Cochran star in this riveting Western! Following the Civil War, ex-Confederate soldier Blayde ‘Reb’ Hollister returns to Georgia and learns that his family has been murdered by carpetbaggers. Seeking vengeance, Hollister fakes his own death and takes on the identity of Marshal Martin Weathersby, while the real Marshal poses as his younger brother. They travel to Dallas, where one of the murderers is a respectable citizen. Now Reb hopes to expose them as criminals – and live to tell the tale!
