Set in 1880s Arizona, the story follows the adventures of an unlikely group of passengers as they journey by stagecoach through Indian territory shortly after the Sioux massacred a U.S. Cavalry unit.

They all have personal reasons for heading west. Dallas, having been run out of town, is a brokenhearted dancehall girl, who hopes to escape the poor decisions made in her past, for a chance to start fresh. Soon to give birth, Lucy Mallory sets out to reunite with her beloved husband, a U.S. Cavalry officer. They share the coach with Hatfield, a tough gambler; Henry Gatewood, a corrupt banker who’s on the lam after stealing $10,000 from his father-in-law; Mr. Peacock, a liquor salesman who wears a preacher’s garb and Doc Boone, a medical doctor with a drinking problem. Driving the stagecoach is the very jittery Buck, but next to him sits Marshal Curly. Luckily, the marshal is on board, as soon, the passengers will need his service.

Outlaw, Ringo Kid stops the stage, looking for the Plummer family, who killed his father and brother. Now, Ringo is after revenge. Marshal Curly makes quick work of disarming Ringo, and putting him on the coach. During the long journey, tensions rise, and alliances are made. Gatewood is anxious to get away with his crime. Lucy goes into labor. Ringo and the fiery Dallas fall for each other.

Now, they will all have to put aside their personal agendas, their grudges and secrets, because their worst nightmare is about to unfold, as a band of Apaches unleash a brutal attack. Outnumbered and out-skilled, the motley group of passengers find themselves in a furious gunfight for their lives.
