Charlotte, NC – The Inspiration Networks announces the addition of seasoned technology professional, Vincent Ritter, as Director of Information Technology. The announcement was made today by Mark Kramer, SVP of Broadcast Media Services for The Inspiration Networks.

“Vincent brings a wealth of IT management experience to Inspiration,” noted Kramer.  “He has extensive experience in the design and enforcement of escalation policies and procedures, staff training, business continuity strategies and process improvement initiatives.  Vincent’s unparalleled experience and strong leadership skills complement our existing team of professionals.”

Ritter began his career in the U.S. Army where he served as Communications Radio Team Chief and Computer Floor Installer.  He moved over to the IT Network Infrastructure side of the house supporting Army’s Space Missile Defense Command where he provided network and security support for defense initiatives.  The role gave him exposure to international network programs opportunities on the NASA side.  There he managed the network that provided connectivity to and from Earth to the International Space Station.

Ritter furthered his career as Director of IT for companies in the finance, cable, broadband and motorsport industries. In his most recent position with the City of Charlotte, Ritter’s team processed incoming calls from the 5000+ city-wide user base via telephone and email.

Ritter holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Network Management from Trinity College in Sioux Falls, S.D.
