Indian Land, SC – Year-end data from the Nielsen Company confirms the significant ratings increases experienced by INSP during 2011. Average network 24/7 ratings increased 58.47% (from .0344 in December 2010 to .0545 in December 2011).

Increases were even more dramatic since the network was rebranded with “New Day” content in October 2010. 24/7 average monthly ratings have increased 175.54%. Increases have been more significant in selected dayparts, with varying ratings much higher in selected weeks.

“These increases demonstrate that INSP continues to be one of America’s fastest-growing cable networks,” said John Roos, Senior Vice President, Corporate Communications and Research. “It is clear that we have touched a nerve with millions of viewers in America. Building on the foundation that has been established, we have continued to make adjustments in our schedule to attract even stronger audiences.”

The changes also have resulted in increases in key demographic segments. Since the launch of “New Day” content, average ratings for women 25-54 have more than doubled (up 104%). Ratings for women 35-64 have increased 115.2%.

“We have seen significant growth in ad sales activities,” said Marc Favaro, Executive Vice President of Worldwide Sales.  “Advertisers and agencies recognize that INSP has become a viable and important network with consistent delivery of key demographics.”

INSP is available in more than 69 million homes across the US on more than 2,800 cable systems and on DIRECTV channel 364 and DISH Network channel 259. Viewers can check their local program guides for channel line-up information or visit www.insp.com.
