Charlotte, NC – Christine Rodocker has been promoted to Vice President of Affiliate Marketing for The Inspiration Networks. The announcement was made today by Kyle Chowning, SVP of Marketing for The Inspiration Networks. In this new position, Rodocker will oversee affiliate marketing for the organization’s domestic networks (including INSP, Halogen TV, and La Familia Cosmovision).
“Christine brought a reservoir of valued experience when she joined the organization in 2010 to lead the Halogen TV Affiliate Marketing team,” noted Chowning. “Her creative and strategic marketing campaigns have been instrumental in helping cable partners better understand and embrace Halogen TV’s socially-conscious entertainment brand – giving a much needed boost to the emerging network. Her passion and dedication is contagious, and her work ethic is unmatched. With stints at Discovery Communications, MTV Networks, and now The Inspiration Networks, Rodocker brings more than ten years of cable TV experience in the areas of marketing, sales, branding, advertising, public affairs and event management. She is adept at creating new marketing programs; including the evolution of existing initiatives to meet new business objectives and the development of both B2B and consumer communications. During her career, she has initiated, created, planned and executed successful partnerships with organizations such as Cox Communications, Comcast, Soles4Souls, the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum, Vogue, and Saks Fifth Avenue. She also piloted the successful VH1 “Save the Music” campaign. In addition, Rodocker has worked with some of the cable industry’s top distributors, including Time Warner Cable, Verizon, AT&T, Cablevision, DIRECTV, Echostar, and Charter.
In her expanded role for Inspiration Networks, Rodocker is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that increase subscribers and program distribution for affiliates, as well as support retention and renewal efforts for INSP, Halogen TV, and La Familia Cosmovision.
Rodocker graduated with an M.B.A. degree in Management from Fordham University and undergraduate degree from Pfeiffer College. She is a member of the Cable Television Association for Marketing, the National Association for Multi-Ethnicity in Communications, Women in Cable Telecommunications, and the National Cable and Telecommunications Association. She resides in Charlotte, North Carolina.
