Raised in Wyoming by a traditional ranching family, award-winning horse breeder and trainer Ken McNabb has been working with the stately animal since he was a teenager. Over the last 26 years , he has hosted clinics throughout the nation to teach fellow cowboys the art of horsemanship. A competitor himself, Ken has tried his luck in numerous horsemanship competitions, including Road to the Horses. With many wins under his belt, Ken won the Trainer’s Challenge Colt Starting Competition in 2008 and the Colt Starting Challenge at the Mane Event Expo twice—in 2007 and 2010. Today, the former host of RFD-TV’s series, Discovering the Horseman Within, lives near Cody, Wyoming, with his wife and two kids.
