Port Chicago After more than 350 sailors, most of them African-American, were killed in an explosion in the U.S. Navy’s Port Chicago during WWII, a group of 50 sailors who refused to return to work were courtmartialed for mutiny. In the present day, one of the surviving sailors is determined to have their records cleared.
Tribunal When US Special Forces capture a high-ranking Al Qaeda official, thought to be instrumental in the September 11 attacks, the President convenes the first military tribunal in 50 years. However, none of the JAG staff is keen on defending the accused terrorist, so Admiral Chegwidden takes on the task, with Harm and Mac leading the prosecution.

Lawyers, Guns and Money (1) After the CIA learns that a drug lord is attempting to sell missiles to terrorists, Webb is assigned to prevent a sale. In an attempt to support his cover identity, Mac is sent from Washington as Webb’s wife.
Pas de Deux (2) While Mac and Webb are in Paraguay, Harm must deal with his feelings for Mac. In order to find out Mac’s location, Harm works with a CIA attorney and helps her with an issue of her own.

Touchdown A CIA mission sends Harm and his partner to Libya to rescue an agent. However, when they get there they find out that the agent isn’t the only one in need of rescue. Back at JAG, a Marine is accused of being involved with a terrorist organization and Mac is assigned to defend him.
