Richie is a wholesome Jefferson High School student who will do anything to get a date! He and the guys spend plenty of time with the rest of the gang down at Arnold’s, the local burger joint.

Arthur Fonzarelli, better known as “the Fonz,” is just the opposite – a rough-around-the-edges, motorcycle riding, high school dropout famous for his slicked hair, leather jacket, and the catchphrase “Aaaayyyy!”
