In his role as Senior Vice President, Finance, Robert (Bob) Brace oversees all ministry finance functions. Before being named to this position in 2007, he served the ministry as Vice President, Finance. He joined The Inspiration Ministries in 2004 as Corporate Controller, bringing more than 20 years experience as a respected accountant in both public and corporate settings.

Previously, he was Consolidations Manager for Invista, B.V. (formerly KoSa, B.V.). In this position, he managed the global consolidations of the company's financial information in four currencies totaling $2 billion in assets and $2.6 billion in revenues. He also was the company's system administrator for Hyperion Enterprise 5.04, a global consolidations accounting software application, and was responsible for KoSa's monthly general ledger accounting, budgeting and forecasting for the company's 11 non-operating entities. Prior to this position, he was a manager with BDO Siedman, LLC, a Chicago-based international accounting firm with more than 17,000 employees in 510 offices in 85 countries.

Brace has a Master of Science degree in accounting from Kent State University and a Bachelor of Science Degree in business administration from Youngstown State University. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
