John E. Roos

Senior Vice President of Corporate Communications, has more than 25 years experience in the cable industry at the senior management level. He has helped to build three networks, beginning with The Family Channel. He was Vice President of Marketing for The Family Channel from 1983 - 1988, where he was instrumental in a time of phenomenal growth and oversaw the name change from CBN Cable Network to The Family Channel.

He was Executive Vice President of Z Music from 1991 - 1993. He was VP-Marketing for The Inspiration Networks from 1994-2003, and Senior Vice President-Marketing from 2003-2006. He has been Senior VP-Corporate Communications and Research since 2006, where his responsibilities include all public relations activities for the organization.

In addition to his television experience, Mr. Roos was an officer of the Evangelical Covenant Church and operated its bookstore. He received a masters degree in international studies from Old Dominion University.
