Cox Cable Lauches "Inspiration" Channels

Charlotte, NC –The people of Oklahoma City now can watch family-friendly, inspirational programming on Inspiration Video On Demand as well as on INSP-The Inspiration Network – two new services from The Inspiration Networks that recently launched on Cox Cable. Cox Digital Cable customers can access Inspiration Video On Demand (Inspiration VOD) by selecting the “Inspiration” menu option on Cox Digital Cable.  INSP is available on Cox Cable channel 169.

Inspiration VOD allows viewers to watch what they want when they want to and is the first on demand service for the inspirational market in the cable television industry. The platform features women’s, men’s, kid’s, ministry, and entertainment programming from The Inspiration Networks’ vast library of family-friendly programming.

INSP is a 24 hour-a-day cable television network which currently serves more than 2,000 cable systems across the country with a growing subscriber base of more than 22 million households. The network targets the millions of Americans who embrace inspirational values. INSP features original and exclusive music, children’s programs and a wide variety of different ministry programs. 

Some of INSP’s exclusive and original programming includes:

  • I Gospel:Hosted by well-known gospel vocalist Alicia Williamson Garcia, I Gospel features performances and interviews with some of the biggest names in gospel music, including Donnie McClurkin, Byron Cage, Kurt Carr and John P. Kee.  
  • Christian Artists Talent Search (C.A.T.S.):Brings together 32 finalists from across the country to perform on national television with the winner receiving a national recording contract from a major record label. All forms of Gospel music are represented during the competition, including Gospel, Contemporary, Southern Gospel, Rock and Rap/Hip Hop.
  • Everyday Woman:This talk show features Barbara Cerullo and Becky Henderson as they share struggles and stories of ordinary women who’ve done extraordinary things. The mother-daughter team and their guests help viewers develop practical ways to survive life’s challenges and thrive in their home, health and relationships. 
  • Discovery Jones Expedition:In this original series, Discovery Jones takes younger viewers on a new adventure every week, while teaching important life lessons. From scuba-diving to hang-gliding, skiing to sky-diving, visiting alligators to playing sports, this is a fast-paced, educational half hour kids are sure to enjoy!
  • Inspiration Today:Every weeknight, hosts David and Barbara Cerullo bring an understanding of how to face the challenges of today’s world with hope, peace and joy. 
  • Steelroots – The Show:This series features three of the fastest growing action sports – surfing, skateboarding and snowboarding – by capturing all the action and behind-the-scenes lifestyles of the athletes involved, while on location in the hottest spots in the country and around the world.
