David Cerullo is a unique combination of minister and corporate businessman. He was ordained in 1974.

Cerullo has worked extensively throughout Europe, Latin America, Africa, and Asia, organizing numerous international projects for both ministry and business. He also founded a successful advertising and public relations firm, a construction company, and a management consulting firm.

In 1990, Cerullo combined his strong business skills with his passion for ministry, becoming President and Chief Executive Officer of a fledgling cable television network, INSP. During his tenure, with God’s help and guidance, Cerullo has built the network into a far-reaching media ministry.

Under his leadership, The Inspiration Networks now is available to a potential audience of more than a billion people throughout the world through its various distribution platforms. These platforms include the satellite and cable  television networks INSP, Halogen TV, Inspiration Network International (INI), and La Familia Cosmovision (LFC). The Inspiration Networks also operate “Halogen on Demand” for cable and satellite television delivery and “Inspiration Global,” providing broadband video content to non-English speaking audiences.  

Cerullo is a member of the National Cable Television Association, the Cable and Telecommunications Association for Marketing, and the National Association of Television Program Executives. He serves on the Board of Directors for the National Religious Broadcasters.

He and his wife Barbara have been married over 30 years, and have two adult children and five grandchildren. Together, David and Barbara Cerullo host the daily national television series, Inspiration Today.
